IMS Report FAQ

• When I run reports on injury locations, I see that John Smith had an injury. When I try to see all of John Smith's injuries, I don't see his name in the list of people I can select. Why not?

When I run reports on injury locations, I see that John Smith had an injury. When I try to see all of John Smith's injuries, I don't see his name in the list of people I can select. Why not?

Injury records remain in the system for employees who are part of injury record even after their employee record is deleted. However, you can not run the report for deleted employees.

You can see these injury records by running the report on the location of the injuries.
